The University of Sheffield has announced a building and refurbishment programme to significantly improve conference accommodation and facilities concentrated on the Endcliffe campus 1.5 miles from the city centre. The Endcliffe development will be phased over 2 years and when completed in 2007/08 will offer a convenient, single site facility in rolling parkland. Architect designed, the site will offer clusters of halls of residence containing up to 4000 en-suite bedrooms. Each hall will contain flexible conference and function spaces that can be subdivided to match client needs with a range of breakout rooms adjacent. The Ranmoor development will be completed in 2010.
Meeting Rooms
With over 150 meeting rooms ranging from tiered lecture theatres to purpose built conference suites, the University provides enough flexibility to host a range of events from day meetings and training days to residential conferences and exhibitions. Main Campus Facilities - there are over 100 lecture theatres and seminar rooms of varying capacities housed in buildings on the central campus, offering you a comprehensive choice of well-equipped meeting facilities. These are available during vacation periods and most weekends during term time only.
Accommodation
During vacation periods, we offer a choice of accommodation to suit everyone´s budget, with up to 200 en suite and 1000 standard bedrooms, catering for bed and breakfast bookings as well as residential conferences.

PARKING
Spaces are available at each hall; however, during term time the availability is limited. Reserved spaces may be arranged for blue badge holders or for special guests. Parking is limited on main campus and we may reserve spaces in advance for you at an additional charge.
