The Megacentre is a truly amazing place to be. There's never a dull moment when you are involved in such an incredible variety of things. The Megacentre is al superb conference centre - it is an initiative of Hope City Church, a contempoary christian church which meets every week at The Megacentre with over 1000 people attending its services.Our ethos is based on christian values designed to add value to and bring hope to those we serve in whatever capacity. Whether we are serving a cuppa or providing space for a business meeting its aim is to leave every person feeling valued. The Concert Hall is able to accommodate up to 700 delegates.

The Megacentre's commercial work Social Enterprise oriented. This means that they exist as a fundraising vehicle for the Megacentre to support its present and future work within the community. DELEGATE CAPACITY
At the Megacentre we have eight fully equipped mega-suites for hire. Our largest room, The Concert Hall, will hold 700 delegates in theatre style, while our smallest caters for as little as four or five people. Half-day rates are available upon request for most of our rooms. All our rooms are contemporary in style and provide an excellent environment for everything from small meetings through to large conferences and exhibitions.

We also offer a complete Event Management service so we can manage your event from start to finish so you can relax and cut out the middle man.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES
All rooms come with standard equipment, including flip chart, white board, pens and Megacentre note pads. Additional equipment such as data projectors, laptops, high-speed internet connectivity, tables and extra flip charts can be booked upon request at excellent rates which are discounted for community organisations and charities.

All rooms come with standard equipment (flip chart, white board, marker pens, pads, delegate pens). If you require further equipment (e.g. data projector, extra flip-charts, large tables, overhead projectors, PA etc.) these can be daded.

Menu Alternatives
The Buffet range can be amended to suit your budget. You can choose GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE buffet options according to the nature of your event and your budgetary limitations. There are two further options for low budget events; the first is a finger buffet and the second is a sandwich lunch.

Concert Hall Charges

There is a minimum charge of 150 delegates for the Concert Hall.
