Conference 21 is situated in the heart of Sheffield, and offers a range of facilities which are suitable for conferences, meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, social events, residential youth groups and much more. Packages are available at a choice of venues suitable for a small gathering or several hundred people. Its modern facilities are located at Sheffield Hallam University's two main campuses and are supported by its own professional catering team. They include lecture theatres, meeting rooms, large halls, exhibition areas and sport facilities. High specification audio visual equipment is provided with expert technical support, plus computer suites and videoconferencing facilities.

Conference 21 has four Premium theatres which can seat from 150 to 450 delegates in comfort - ideal for conferences, large meetings and presentations. We also have over 80 high quality meeting rooms available for meetings, seminars and training sessions or as breakout rooms from the plenary session. All are in close proximity to stylish hospitality and social areas where delegates can relax and enjoy anything from a drinks reception to a buffet to a formal conference dinner.

Catering
Catering is provided by Sheffield Hallam University's own professional catering team. Great pride is taken in the quality and variety provided, from tea and biscuits to a complete five course meal. In addition to excellent conference catering, we also offer hospitality for business lunches, social gatherings and weddings. Receptions for up to 900 people can be catered for, or a banquet for up to 200 people. Our experienced staff will be pleased to discuss menus to suit your event.

There is a good choice of hotels close to Conference 21 facilities. All offer en-suite accommodation whilst some also include leisure facilities. The Novotel is adjacent to our City Campus and several others are only a short walking distance away. The majority of hotels offer special rates for Conference 21 delegates.

All other meeting rooms are equipped with an overhead projector and screen, flipchart, TV monitor and VHS player. Most of these rooms also have data projection facilities available at an additional charge of £98
